Moving your TELUS services is easy. Remember to call 310-2255 as far as possible in advance of your move. Please have the following information handy when you call:

  • TELUS account number
  • Account holder's date of birth
  • Your contact information during your move
  • Full mailing addresses of where you're moving from and to, including postal codes
  • Preferred disconnection and connection dates
